What is Care Partnering?        

Care Partnering is an independent, privately owned and operated Professional Geriatric Care Management and Alzheimer's Care Consultation practice.

Why stress independent?  

Independent means services provided by Care Partnering are personal and unbiased with the practice's sole responsibility to the client, not an agency, organization or corporation.

How did Care Partnering come about?  

Founded in 2003 by Paulette M. Masse, MHSA, CMC, LSW, Care Partnering  is the result of nearly 30 years of both geriatric social work and dementia program development.  The driving force behind the practice was her frustration in dealing with corporations that often put the bottom line before client needs.  Paulette believed that there had to be a better way of meeting the needs of area seniors and independent Professional Geriatric Care Management afforded her that opportunity.

What makes Care Partnering different? 

Care Partnering is the only Professional Geriatric Care Management practice in Southeastern MA and RI which specializes in providing Alzheimer's and dementia specific services as well as education to clients, caregivers and professionals.

Care Partnering serves clients and families in Southeastern MA and in RI's East Bay, Aquidneck Island and Tiverton/Little Compton areas.
